Update to Laker’s League Rules:

Rule adaptation:
Observing local ruling on course playing conditions whereby, when the
golf course management has determined the course has excessive water which
dictates limiting certain access for golf carts for playing golf shots (e.g. cart
path only ruling), Lakers League will have in force;Life, Clean, Place; through the
green (meaning everywhere on the particular hole where the restricted access is so stated).
